- Maintain accurate patient records and manage follow-up communications.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years of experience).
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
