- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare-related inquiries and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing patient logistics.
- Identify and resolve client issues through effective problem-solving techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in a healthcare or customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language and excellent communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service orientation with proven ability to manage accounts.
- Skills and Competencies: Effective scheduling and organizational skills.
