- Assist with recruitment processes, including resume screening and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding of new employees and maintain HR documentation.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and stay updated on labor laws.
- Help in managing employee records and HR databases.
- Educational Qualifications: Graduating College Student - HRDM, Psychology and/or any related course
- Experience Level: No prior experience needed; eager learners welcomed.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HRIS, talent acquisition, recruiting, attention to detail, and candidate screening.
- Working Conditions: Cooperative office environment, standard hours with potential for remote work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, and a proactive attitude.
