Media Planner

Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years in any Media Agency companies, within planning discipline
• Demonstrated ability to develop integrated marketing communication plans encompassing traditional and non-traditional media strategies
• Able to drive projects from conception to completion
• With strong attributes in written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks, competing priorities, and projects through strong time management and organization
• High-level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
• Detail-oriented, organized, conscientious, with the ability to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for consumer behavior and what motivates audiences to react
• Proactively seeks to solve problems with creative solutions
• Ability to work successfully within a team, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
• Excellent problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills, while being accommodating and adaptable to changing business needs and requests
• Has handled brand pitches
• Good client communications skills, confidently presenting to and managing clients
Qualifications
• 2–5+ years experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agency environment
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, branding, or digital marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience handling client accounts or business development
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented
Preferred Experience
• Experience working in a creative or advertising agency
• Familiarity with paid ads, content marketing, or website projects
• Experience preparing marketing proposals or sales presentations
