- This role requires a dynamic, engaging personality, with a keen understanding of digital sales strategies and customer interaction.
- Host live selling sessions on various online platforms.
- Engage with and respond to live queries from customers promptly.
- Showcase products effectively to highlight features and benefits.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional content for live events.
- Monitor and report on live session performance, including viewer engagement and sales metrics.
- Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies for improvement.
- Ensure all live content complies with brand guidelines and industry standards.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a digital environment.
- Excellent public speaking and communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media and live streaming technologies.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
- Experience creating engaging digital content.
