Media Campaign Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, influencer, and offline).
- Coordinate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, ROI, conversion rates, engagement).
- Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Prepare reports and present results to management and stakeholders.
- Manage partnerships with media, agencies, and external vendors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) in campaign management, digital marketing, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email, etc.).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using campaign analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity, initiative, and attention to detail.
