Senior Business Development Representative — US IT Services / MSP Campaigns

₱50,000–₱60,000 monthly base + incentives & performance bonuses.

You know how to turn a cold call into a real conversation. You can get beyond “send me an email,” ask questions that uncover a reason to meet, and earn time on a decision-maker’s calendar.

Slingshot Global Inc. is hiring an experienced outbound BDR to support our growing US MSP and IT services campaigns following a new client launch.

We’re looking for a proven appointment setter who wants ownership of their results, practical coaching, and opportunities to earn more through consistent performance.

Interviews are underway, with an immediate opening.

The Opportunity

You’ll represent a US company that help businesses manage their technology and cybersecurity.

Your job is to open conversations with business owners and decision-makers, understand their current situation, and book qualified meetings where there is a credible reason to explore further.

Success means more than filling a calendar. We value meetings that meet qualification standards, take place, and give the client’s sales team a useful starting point.

What You’ll Own

• Run phone-first outbound prospecting to US business decision-makers.

• Ask relevant questions about their current IT setup, challenges, and priorities.

• Navigate objections and earn a clear next step.

• Book qualified meetings and follow through to support attendance.

• Manage follow-up through calls, email, LinkedIn, and structured outreach sequences.

• Keep accurate CRM records, next steps, and meeting handoff notes.

• Work toward clear activity, conversation, and meeting targets.

• Use coaching and call reviews to improve your approach.

What You Bring

• At least two years of B2B outbound sales or appointment-setting experience , with cold calling as a core responsibility.

• A track record of generating qualified meetings through your own prospecting.

• Strong spoken English, active listening, and a confident, natural phone presence.

• The ability to ask follow-up questions and adapt to the conversation.

• Experience handling objections from business owners and decision-makers.

• Reliable follow-through, accurate CRM habits, and ownership of your pipeline.

• Openness to direct feedback and the ability to apply it.

• Availability for a full-time graveyard schedule aligned with US business hours.

• Reliable internet, your own dependable PC/equipment, and a professional home workspace.

Experience selling MSP, IT services, cybersecurity, telecom, SaaS, or other technical B2B solutions is strongly preferred.

• ₱50,000–₱60,000 monthly base salary , based on experience and demonstrated ability.
