Description - Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Document and track customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and enhance the support process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
