Description - Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently, guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
- Maintain documentation of support processes, bug reports, and user feedback to enhance service quality.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Educate users on software and hardware features to improve user experience.
