- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Manage, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform regular system checks and troubleshoot network issues to maintain reliable connectivity.
- Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Collaborate with development teams to support database management and ensure data integrity.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a related role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Network Security, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Monitoring Tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Database Management (SQL, MongoDB)
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
