Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with suppliers for purchasing materials, goods, and services
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Track shipments and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory
- Analyze supply chain processes and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures
- Assist in demand planning and forecasting
- Handle documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Knowledge in inventory systems and procurement processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
