Production Staff

The Moment Group
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients (washing, peeling, chopping, etc.)
- Cook and assemble simple dishes such as salads, sandwiches, and entrees
- Follow standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Receive and store deliveries according to food safety standards
- Dispose of waste and clean trash bins regularly
- Support chefs and other kitchen staff during busy service hours
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food production setting preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up heavy loads
