Supply Chain Officer

Responsible for managing the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and customers. Oversees procurement, inventory control, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and optimal stock levels. Coordinates with suppliers, warehouse, and sales teams, monitors inventory accuracy, and helps improve supply chain efficiency and cost control. Requires strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
DUTIES:
- Manage procurement and ordering of products from local and international suppliers
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely receiving and delivery of goods
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers and branches
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
- Analyze demand trends and assist in forecasting and planning
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures
- Work with sales and finance teams on order fulfillment and cost control
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Handle supplier coordination, including negotiation and issue resolution
