Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Staff to handle procurement activities, supplier coordination, and inventory-related documentation.
- This role plays a vital part in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and accurate purchase of goods and services needed by the company.
Key Qualifications
- Educational Background – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain , or any related field.
- Procurement Experience – At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing or procurement (preferred).
- Negotiation Skills – Ability to negotiate prices, contracts, and terms effectively.
- Software Proficiency – Skilled in Microsoft Excel and purchasing-related software or systems.
- Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication when dealing with suppliers and internal teams.
- Organizational Skills – Excellent time management , attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
