Work
- Product Design: Build hands-on an exceptional and beautiful user experience
- Product Strategy: Decide features, Define requirements, own the roadmap, execute vision
- Coordinate Teams: Work closely with developers, UIUX designer, and leadership to ship features fast with tight quality control.
- Own the user journey: Identify pain points, improve flows, try competition, and make the experience outstanding.
- Optimize Conversion & Satisfaction: Reduce friction, improve key funnels, and analyze data
- Ship & Iterate: Release fast, get feedback and continuously push the product

- Strong product taste: Simplicity clarity, quality, eye for aesthetically pleasing design
- Figma UIUX: Excellent at doing UIUX
- Fast executor: Ships quickly, iterate quickly
- Leadership: Can push team with tight deadlines, write up clear specs, etc.
- High-agency operator: Taking on responsibilities end-to-end
- Obsessed with strong product: Building the best in the market.
- Deeply understanding our product, bringing in ideas, well integrated into team
