Game Ui Designer

1. Independently responsible for the entire visual output process, including visual style setting, interface design, icon creation, and animation production for products (such as in-game systems, websites, and mobile apps).

2. Participate in the exploration and development of the game's overall visual style to ensure visual consistency across the project.

3. Work closely with game planners to gain a deep understanding of requirements and provide professional recommendations and optimization solutions for functional experience.

4. Collaborate efficiently with front-end developers to deliver high-quality design outputs and monitor the final implementation to ensure fidelity.

5. Conduct user experience evaluation and data analysis on existing product UIs, continuously optimizing and iterating to improve user satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in an art/design-related field, 3 or more years of experience in game UI design; experience with fully launched projects is preferred.

2. Solid artistic foundation and aesthetic appreciation, keen insight into design trends, and the ability to master a variety of art styles.

3. Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop, including their collaboration features; proficiency in motion design software such as After Effects and Spine.

4. Strong user experience awareness, familiarity with interaction design principles, and the ability to think from a user's perspective.

5. Excellent communication skills, teamwork spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to withstand moderate work pressure and a passion for games.

6. (Bonus) Hand-drawing and illustration skills, with proficiency in motion design.
