Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities
Generating Leads
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, or referrals
Presenting Products/Services
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of offerings to prospective and existing clients
Building Relationships
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and foster long-term loyalty
Negotiating and Closing Deals
- Convince customers to purchase, negotiate prices and terms, and finalize sales
Meeting Sales Targets
- Work to achieve or exceed sales quotas set by the company
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues
Sales Documentation
- Prepare and maintain sales records, contracts, and other necessary documents
Staying Updated
- Keep abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity
Job Requirements
- Well-experienced in sales for Construction Firms, Fabrication, Manufacturing, and Home Equipment & Appliances
- Experience in office-based and corporate selling is required
- Tech-savvy, with skills in Google Workspace, Viber, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp, Dropbox, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to think on your feet
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills
- Strong networking abilities
- Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions
- High degree of diplomacy and ability to work with a range of different people
- Ability to remain professional in all situations
