Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Transport Coordinator to join our team in Bamban, Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our transportation and logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

• Develop and manage delivery plans, coordinating with truckers and logistics providers to ensure timely arrivals and departures
• Prepare accurate waybills and other necessary documentation for assigned trips
• Monitor and track all dispatched deliveries from gate-out until arrival at the destination
• Update and report daily delivery plan status, escalating issues to team leaders as needed
• Manage relationships with third-party truckers and validate their billing statements
• Coordinate with the Loading Group on availability and priority for loading and dispatch
• Monitor performance of delivery trucks and submit regular reports
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO, ISMS)
• Update transport status in SAP system, including departures, arrivals, and other relevant events
• Maintain and update various monitoring reports, including bulk delivery, POD updates, and sales monitoring
• Actively participate in all company programs and initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics management
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of transportation and logistics processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in performance monitoring and reporting
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO, and ISMS standards
• Familiarity with transportation regulations and documentation requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong customer service orientation
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Adaptability to changing priorities and workload
