Description - Provide immediate medical attention and first aid to employees as needed.
- Monitor and manage employee health-related issues and provide counseling and support.
- Maintain accurate health records and reports in compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with external medical professionals for employee health assessments and treatments.
- Organize and deliver health education programs and workshops for employees.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in a nursing role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of first aid, excellent communication skills, and a solid work ethic.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prepare detailed reports on health assessments and incidents.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
