Job Summary:
The Company Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transport of company personnel, documents, materials, and goods as assigned. This role ensures proper vehicle operation and maintenance while strictly complying with traffic rules and company safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive company vehicles to assigned destinations within and outside Tarlac City as required
- Transport company staff, clients, documents, and materials in a timely manner
- Ensure assigned vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained at all times
- Conduct daily vehicle inspection before and after trips
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and basic vehicle condition
- Report vehicle issues, accidents, or traffic violations immediately to the supervisor
- Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
- Assist with loading and unloading of items when necessary
- Maintain professionalism and proper conduct while on duty
- Perform other driving or support tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least high school graduate
- With valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction Code 1, 2, or as applicable)
- With proven experience as a company, delivery, or service driver
- Knowledgeable in routes within Tarlac City and nearby provinces
- Familiar with basic vehicle troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Physically fit and with good eyesight
- Trustworthy, disciplined, and safety-conscious
- Willing to work on extended hours, shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays
- Preferably residing in or near Tarlac City, Tarlac
