Description - Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and provide information on bookings.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with various travel service providers to arrange accommodations and transportation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends.
- Ensure accurate entry of customer information into the company database.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in customer service or travel industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with travel booking software and CRM systems.
