- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel plans.
- Prepare and edit communications, reports, and presentations for meetings and stakeholder engagements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination and communication across various departments to ensure executive priorities are met.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
