Description - Prepare and organize checks for disbursement to vendors and employees.
- Verify and cross-check payment information for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate financial records of all check transactions.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements related to check activities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to address any discrepancies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with possible overtime during peak periods.
