Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating company databases, files, and records.
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and office calendars.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence, and acting as a liaison between departments.
- Composing and preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Assisting with tasks like bookkeeping, budget monitoring, and processing invoices.
