JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Open for Fresh Graduate and Undergraduate candidates
- With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
- Amenable to attend interview
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle customers questions regarding services/products
- Process transactions & orders
- Manage data and information
- Troubleshoot issues.
- Other tasks maybe assigned by immediate superior.
