Job Requirements:
- Open for undergraduates
- With at least 1-3 year of experience in Customer Service in a BPO Company
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to work fully onsite in Clark, Pampanga
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, delivering accurate information and effective issue resolution.
- Conduct follow-up communications with clients to confirm that all concerns are fully addressed and customer satisfaction is maintained.
- Generate and analyze reports to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date customer records across all relevant systems.
- Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned to enhance overall team performance and service quality.
