JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
- With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services with accuracy and professionalism
- Process customer transactions and orders efficiently
- Manage and maintain data and information records
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
