Purchasing or Procurement Staff/CDO

- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors.
- Manage procurement processes and maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to forecast needs and budget.
- Analyze purchasing trends and performance metrics.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong quality audit skills, training and rehearsal capabilities, supplier identification, effective scheduling, negotiation skills, team-oriented mindset, warehousing and inventory management, delivery inspection, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional warehouse visits; requires collaboration with various teams.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, good communicator, and adaptable to changing circumstances.
Requirements:
Working location Bara Opol Misamis Oriental
Monday to Saturday 8-5pm working schedule
