This is a full-time Technical Support Representative role based in Cagayan de Oro Misamis Oriental. In this customer-facing position, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
What you'll be doing
- Responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and online chat
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to TalentSync's products and services
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or management as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer support processes and procedures
- Providing feedback on product improvements and enhancements
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the call centre or customer service industry
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve customer issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and easy-to-understand manner
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- A positive, customer-centric attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
