Purchasing Specialist

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing of materials, equipment, and services.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with the company policies and procedures
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction
- Evaluate supplier performance regularly based on quality, delivery, and service.
- Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, defective goods, or pricing discrepancies
- Coordinate with Finance Department for timely processing of payments
- A graduate of any Business-related degree
- With at least 2-3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Willing to work onsite or travel to other branches as needed
