HR Timekeeping/Payroll Associate (CDO)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary responsibility for compiling time and attendance data from employees across departments; verifies and accurately records employees’ time and attendance; Tracks attendance applications including leave and overtime; ensures timely submission of timesheets and supports payroll in issuing pay slips.
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel )
- Can work with limited supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Good communication
- Proven work experience as a timekeeper or similar role (manual and system)
- Time-management skills
- High numerical aptitude and detail-oriented

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Collects employee's DTR (Daily Time Record) and payroll information.
- Verifies employee attendance and pro-actively validates to employee.
- Maintains timekeeping and payroll databases.
- Confirms and reports possible AWOL cases to Employee Relations for issuance of RTWN.
- Monitors and records timekeeping attendance performance of all employees and reports tardiness memos, if any.
- Prepares and issues pay slips.
- Answers timekeeping-related queries and disputes of employees.
- Assists Comp & Ben with any benefits-related activities
