Sales Coordinator

- A Sales Coordinator would provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, handling tasks like order processing and database management.
- May also be involved in sales analysis, reporting, and coordination with other departments.
- Maintains and updates sales records in databases
- Prepares documents needed for sales reports and analysis of sales data.
- Collaborates with other departments, such as marketing and warehouse to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Provides general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Tracks inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse, logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Assists in onboarding of new sales team members and trains them on internal tools and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- With 1-2 year of experience in retail environment preferably in apparel or footwear
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc)
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Has the ability to work effectively as part of team
- Has the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively
- Has strong organizational and time management skills
- Has the ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly
