Position Overview
- Responsible for developing and managing affiliate partners, agents, and small-scale traffic owners in the Philippine market.
- Core Responsibilities
- Identify and Recruit Local Partners in the Philippines:
- Small website owners
- Telegram group administrators
- Facebook group administrators
- Offline agents
- Establish Commission & Revenue Models:
- CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
- Revshare (Revenue Share)
- Hybrid models (CPA + Revshare)
- Channel Quality Management:
- Prevent fraudulent traffic
- Control fake or incentive-driven registrations
- Track and verify registration sources
- Monitor traffic quality and conversion performance
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain long-term partnerships with affiliates
- Optimize commission structures based on performance
- Provide performance feedback and strategic guidance
- Requirements
- Experience in affiliate marketing
- Strong understanding of CPA and Revshare models
- Ability to assess and manage traffic quality
- Southeast Asia market experience preferred
