Marketing Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• ·Plan, develop, and implement marketing initiatives for Hiessence’s aromatic diffusers and related product lines.
• Drive brand visibility through innovative campaigns, partnerships, events, and digital channels.
• Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all communication platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation through online and offline marketing activities.
• Oversee branding efforts, including visual identity, storytelling, and positioning in the market.
• Manage and optimize social media presence, influencer partnerships, and digital ads to increase engagement.
• Handles all HiEssence Social Media Accounts.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and present reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective execution of activities.

QUALIFICATION:

• ·Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• ·Minimum 2-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods, lifestyle, fragrance or wellness brands.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
• Proven track record in managing successful campaigns that increase brand visibility.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
