Brand Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, influencer marketing, paid ads, events, and partnerships
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity, tone, and visual consistency
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies
- Collaborate with product, creative, PR, and sales teams to launch campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare KPI/performance reports
- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ROI
- Build relationships with agencies, media partners, influencers, and sponsors
- Lead community engagement and customer retention initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Proven experience leading or managing brand departments in large-scale companies.
• Demonstrated success in executing high-impact brand campaigns and strategic brand initiatives.
• Strong industry network and external resources relevant to marketing, media, and partnerships.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management capabilities.
• Strong academic background (Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or equivalent is an advantage).
