Local Channel Development Manager (Offline + Local APP Resources)

Position Overview
Responsible for establishing non-platform traffic acquisition channels within the Philippine market, including:
- Local APP traffic entry points
- Parnerships with local websites
- Offline advertising resources
- Campus / internet café / commercial district resources
- Community-based traffic channels
- Small-scale local agent partnerships
- Core Responsibilities
- Develop Local Traffic Resources in the Philippines:
- Advertising placements in popular local APPs
- Local news and content websites
- Online forums
- Utility and tool-based local APPs
- Gaming communities
- Offline advertising placements
Business Negotiation:
- CPM / Fixed monthly packages
- Exclusive advertising placements
- Exclusive partnership agreements
- Revenue-sharing model negotiations
Resource Database Management:
- Resource pricing records
- Contact information
- Partnership history
- Performance tracking records
- Channel & Agent Management:
- Manage and optimize local agent partnerships
- Evaluate performance and scalability
Reporting Responsibilities:
- Cost per acquisition (CPA) per channel
- ROI by channel
- Scalability and expansion assessment
Requirements
- Strong familiarity with the Philippine local market
- Existing local network resources preferred
- Proven business negotiation experience
- Fluent in English
- Advertising agency background preferred
- Media sales experience preferred
