About the role
The Finance Supervisor – Income Audit is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of daily revenue reporting across the hotel properties managed by The Henry Hotels and Resorts. The role ensures that all hotel revenues are properly recorded, supported by appropriate documentation, reconciled against operational reports, and compliant with established company policies and internal controls. The position will supervise income audit activities, investigate revenue discrepancies, monitor compliance with hotel revenue procedures, and coordinate with property Finance and Operations teams to strengthen financial accuracy and accountability across the group.
Key responsibilities
Supervise the daily income audit process across assigned hotel properties
Review and validate daily revenue reports, including room revenue, food and beverage sales, banquet and events revenue, and other operating income
Reconcile revenue reports against the Property Management System (PMS), Point-of-Sale (POS) system, cashier reports, payment records, and other supporting documents
Verify the accuracy of room rates, discounts, complimentary rooms, rebates, voids, refunds, and other revenue adjustments
Identify, investigate, and resolve revenue variances, unusual transactions, and discrepancies in daily sales and collection reports
Ensure compliance with established revenue recognition procedures, cash-handling policies, and internal control standards
Review and consolidate daily revenue and income audit reports from hotel properties
Prepare summaries of revenue discrepancies, audit exceptions, collection variances, and recurring control issues
Supervise and guide assigned Income Audit personnel, if applicable
Recommend improvements to income audit workflows, reporting templates, and reconciliation procedures
About you
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field
At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in income audit, revenue audit, hotel accounting, or financial control, preferably in the hospitality industry
At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience is preferred
Experience handling multiple hotel properties or consolidating reports across locations is an advantage
Knowledge of hotel revenue cycles, PMS/POS systems, cashiering procedures, and hotel accounting practices
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
Strong analytical, reconciliation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to handle confidential financial information
Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with property-level teams
