Finance Supervisor

Financial Reporting:

○ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial

statements, including balance

sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,

ensuring compliance with

accounting principles (SEC, BIR, PFRS)

○ Review and reconcile general ledger accounts and transactions

to ensure

accuracy and completeness of financial records.

○ Ensure timely reporting of financial data in accordance

with company deadlines.

○ Bank Reconciliation and other general accounting

functions

Analysis and Interpretation:

○ Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and

key insights for senior

management.

○ Provide detailed commentary on financial reports,

highlighting significant

developments and potential risks or opportunities.

●

Compliance and Internal Controls:

○ Ensure financial reports comply with internal control

procedures and relevant

regulatory requirements.

○ Assist in preparing for internal and external audits by

providing required

documentation and explanations.

Process Improvement:

○ Recommend and implement process improvements for

financial reporting

workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

○ Ensure continuous improvement in the financial reporting

process through the

use of automation tools and system enhancements.

Collaboration and Communication :

○ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including

finance, operations, and tax,

to gather necessary data and provide support as needed.

●

Ad-hoc Reporting and Special Projects:

○ Prepare financial reports for special projects,

forecasting, budgeting, or any other

ad-hoc requests.

○ Support management in decision-making by providing

timely, reliable, and

accurate financial data.
