Account Management Head /Manager

Supervise Daily Operations
- Oversee the daily activities of the Account Management Department to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage Existing and New client Accounts
- Conduct clients call or plant visits to prospective clients, agents and other 3 rd party referrers.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their accounts are properly handled and monitored by the assigned Account Officers
- Review account status of existing Head office accounts
- Monitor Account Officer Performance
- Evaluate and monitor the performance, productivity, and compliance of Account Officers to ensure targets, service standards, and company objectives are consistently achieved.
- Collections, Payments and recon structuring
- Coordinate with clients regarding due payments and follow up on overdue accounts when necessary (existing accounts handled as AO)
- Do client visit for collection of payment, delivery of Notice of Dishonor/Demand Letters
- Preparing restructuring proposal for accounts in PD
- Handles Client Concerns and Inquiries
Address customer inquiries, issues and requests of existing accounts and new accounts
- Preparing Reports and Documentation
- Generate account status reports, collection updates, performance summaries, and other management reports.
- Attend various management meetings
· MANCOM, Pre-Crecom and Crecom On-Call meetings
- Coordinate with Other Departments
- Work closely with accounting, loans , accounting, credit, and collection teams regarding account-related concerns.
- Implement Company Policies and Procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and Support Team Members
- Guide, train, and monitor staff performance to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Assist in Strategic Planning
Suggest process improvements and strategies to strengthen account management and customer retention.
- Prepare and Review Transactions
- Prepare account documents, requests, adjustments, and endorsements before final approval of existing accounts.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field
- Proven 5-10 years' experience in sales and marketing within the financial services industry, specifically in commercial and consumer loans
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team
- Strong understanding of loan products, credit risk, and financial regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in sales tools
