- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for IPM Construction and Development Corporation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
- Lead a team of accountants and coordinate audits to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and improve profitability.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA Finance, or related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and advanced Excel skills.
