Responsibilities
- Develop & execute a strategic social media plan for NAD and/or its clients
- Create engaging content that resonates with target audience
- Manage TikTok account/s and live content and data
- Manage & schedule content across platforms
- Act as the primary contact to facilitate and maintain professional relationships between clients and the company
- Attend to & propose solutions aligned with clients’ service requests
- Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices
- Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives
- Perform ad hoc tasks in line with the department and accounts handled
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
- At least 2 years experience in Social Media Management or a related field
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video editing)
- Proven track record of growing social media engagement and follower base
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Passion for the industry
- Can work and collaborate with a team
WHAT WE OFFER
- Monthly Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000
