- Plan and execute events from conception to completion.
- Plan and execute events, manage budgets, coordinate vendors, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and equipment rental.
- Manage budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders effectively.
- Oversee event marketing and promotion strategies.
- Provide on-site support to ensure smooth event operations.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience in event coordination.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service, budgeting, Salesforce, event management, MS Excel, and market research skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment; may require evening and weekend hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
