Event Designer (Open to Architects or Engineers with experience)

- Lead the execution of event infrastructure projects from preparation through teardown, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Evaluate technical layouts, design specifications, and construction details to confirm feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
- Organize and manage the allocation of tools, equipment, and construction materials needed for each event.
- Perform venue assessments prior to installation and recommend corrective measures for potential operational or safety concerns.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure workmanship standards, project timelines, and quality objectives are consistently met.
- Promote adherence to occupational health, safety, and company operational standards throughout project execution.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of installation crews, contractors, and support personnel.
- Encourage collaboration among team members while maintaining professionalism and accountability at project sites.
- Manage the mobilization, deployment, retrieval, and inventory control of event structures and related assets.
- Conduct routine checks during live events to ensure all structures remain secure, functional, and presentable.
- Prepare reports, document site activities, and provide updates to management as required.
- Carry out additional duties and special projects that may be assigned by management.
- Has a relevant bachelor's degree.
- Proficient in using Sketchup, AutoCAD, any 3D software.
- Must have a portfolio.
