Experienced Customer Service & Membership Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Membership Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support, manage membership inquiries, maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Resolve customer issues or coordinate with the appropriate team for resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account updates.
Membership Coordination
- Assist customers with membership inquiries, renewals, and account-related requests.
- Schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests when necessary.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate CRM records.
Online Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback professionally.
- Escalate recurring concerns to the appropriate department.
- Help maintain a positive customer experience across all communication channels.
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Track customer inquiries, memberships, and operational metrics.
- Maintain organized documentation and records.
- Create basic presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint when needed.
- Support management with administrative and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Virtual Assistant, Call Center, Hospitality, Membership Services, or a related role.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience working with remote teams is an advantage.
- Available to work Night Shift (Eastern Time overlap).

- CRM or Customer Support Platforms (HubSpot, Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, etc.)
Preferred Skills
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to create and maintain spreadsheets
- Comfortable preparing reports and presentations
- Good computer literacy
- Fast learner with new systems and software
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
