Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional to oversee warehouse activities and on‑site coordination for ongoing projects.
This role ensures smooth material flow, accurate documentation, and effective communication between suppliers, site teams, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.
- Coordinate site logistics to ensure timely delivery and installation of supplies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare regular status reports.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to resolve delivery or compliance issues.
- Support project managers by aligning warehouse activities with site schedules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in logistics, supply chain, or project coordination.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Familiarity with construction or engineering environments is an advantage.
