Operations Staff
The Operations Staff is responsible for assisting in the daily operational activities of the client, ensuring smooth workflow, proper documentation, and coordination among departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operational and administrative tasks
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records and reports
- Encode and update operational data accurately
- Coordinate with staff and clients regarding operational concerns
- Monitor and organize incoming and outgoing documents
- Assist in scheduling and operational logistics
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of records
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Qualifications:
- At least a 2-year course graduate
- Fast typing skills
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- With good handwriting skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Can multitask and work under pressure
