A Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, organizing, checking, and preparing products in the warehouse to ensure that stocks are properly handled and orders are completed accurately.
Job Requirements
- College degree holder
- Experience with ECOUNT platform is an advantage.
- With 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Willing to learn.
- Can work independently and with a team.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily inventory levels and identify products requiring replenishment.
- Review stock availability across different warehouse or hub locations.
- Prepare and monitor replenishment requests based on inventory requirements.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records using company systems, Google Sheets, Excel, or other inventory management tools.
- Investigate and report inventory variances, missing items, damaged products, and other stock-related concerns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and replenishment reports.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and out-of-stock items.
- Assist in forecasting replenishment requirements based on inventory movement and historical data.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending replenishment requests and stock transfers.
- Coordinate with assigned hubs regarding stock requirements and urgent replenishment needs.
- Maintain organized records of inventory transactions and supporting documents.
- Assist in monitoring product expiration dates and ensure proper FIFO/FEFO implementation through coordination with warehouse teams.
- Provide administrative support for warehouse and inventory-related activities.
- Perform other duties related to inventory, replenishment, and operations as assigned.
