Maintenance Staff

- Perform basic repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment issues
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and report needed repairs
- Ensure all equipment and utilities are functioning properly
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and maintenance tools
- Assist in setting up facilities and equipment for company events or operations
- Monitor and replenish maintenance supplies and materials
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- At least high school graduate or vocational course related to maintenance/technical work
- With experience in building or facility maintenance is an advantage
- Basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and troubleshooting
- Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work flexible schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
