Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned production or operational tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures at all times.
- Handle physically demanding work, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Work overtime when required to meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Quality-oriented and detail-focused.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual or physically demanding tasks.
- Flexible, trainable, and willing to learn new processes.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Honest, responsible, and compliant with company policies.
- Willing to undergo a 1-month paid training program.
Preferably residing near Congressional Avenue, Quezon City.
