Description - Provide technical support to customers regarding sales queries and product information.
- Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues and offer solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and improve product offerings.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0-2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
